So did Jacqui. After 14 years as a businesswoman, she was tired, felt spiritless and stuck. A few years earlier, she had experienced a major change and found herself managing the demands of two businesses and a family life with a handicapped child. In the midst of surviving and simply “getting through each day,” Jacqui realised that she had lost her focus and seemed to be existing rather than living. She had reached her limit, she didn't know how to go on. In respect of her businesses, marketing caused her nothing but headaches.

The process was not entirely without obstacles. From time to time, Hannah doubted her own abilities and encountered inner resistance. „I can dream again - where I had never dared to dream before!“

Have you ever wondered how to break with the rat race? Would you like a job that fulfils you and pays you well at the same time?

When he comes to me, Rob finds himself in a dilemma: on the one hand, he knows that he wants to change his career and step out of the bind of the 9-5 existence. He knows that the way things are no longer work for him. On the other hand, he is totally exhausted. He feels a lack of direction and energy, and therefore does not feel in a position to take this step.

With the 6-Step-Programme I guide him through various conscious processes. Rob discovered hidden fears with regards to his passions that unconsciously run the show. The sessions also reveal deep beliefs - old pressures and constraints that subconsciously dictate what his career and life should look like for Rob to be recognized as 'successful'.

Rob uncovers these fears and beliefs and lets them go. With my support he gets to his passions buried underneath.

However, the fear of stepping out of the old, known, safe situation is so great, that Rob lost courage at one point and discontinued the coaching sessions for a while – a not uncommon story when facing our deepest fears and most entrenched patterns.

However, I devised an alternative solution for him in which Rob managed to face his fears completely and 'just do it anyway.’

In the end, he can report with relief:

„With your guidance, I was able to uncover and resolve my old fears. I could get to my hidden dreams and passions and finally got to know myself properly. You allowed me to dream again - where I had never dared to dream before. The first thing I did was to take a break. I took some time out and did nothing. And that nothing was, for a long time, the most useful nothing. Afterwards, I followed the passion you brought out in me. I took a carpentry course. Now I am ready to take the next step and take on a leadership role. Amongst other things, I started my own business. I did not have the confidence to do it before. Now I do!“
