My mission is to empower individuals, organisations, projects, or festivals by delivering engaging and fun open space facilitation and leadership coaching for emergent creativity, navigating organisational change, and building collective synergies to support you in bringing your vision to life and achieving your goals.
The intention: to create spaces for emergent creativity, navigating organizational change, and inspiring collective synergies so that more people innovate with their vision to effectively shape their environments and projects and bring their contribution to the world.

Through many years of co-ordinating Open Space Festivals and Workshops I specialise in creating the right mix of safety and impulse, being adept in managing adept at managing open programs spontaneously while also implementing highly structured program management when required.
I also enjoy working in collaboration and have a strong network of experienced professionals to provide individually tailored, comprehensive solutions when called for.
